Start of a new month, start of big moves in the S&P!
The first 30 mins after market opening we had sold off…
But then the following 30 mins the bulls got us back to the open.
So we had an established range and things were looking very bullish.
I got long for a momentum trade…
I mentioned a micro composite profile over the last few days.
Well, it could have been tricky.
By scaling out before that, I managed to bag $800 in profit.
There was a high-volume node that I was happy to front-run.
These are things you can only see with the Profile Method.
The market continued after my exit, but I still had a profitable day…
Proving that you don’t need to grab every tick to be successful as a trader.
