😲 Against all odds!

Before I tell you why trading is similar to fighting, I want to tell you what happened the other night.

It seemed impossible but instead mega underdog Sean Strickland defeated MMA world champion Israel Adesanya.

Yes, at the UFC 293 event held last Saturday in Australia, one of the biggest surprises in the history of the sport happened.

No one believed in Strickland’s victory, but he won against all odds.

But how did he do it?

And what lessons can we traders learn?

The answer is this:

be prepared and master the fundamentals

Yes, because just as Strickland won by mastering the fundamentals (punch combinations, blocking kicks, keeping distance…)  and taking advantage of the opportunities his opponent game him.

We traders must do the same.

By mastering the trading fundamentals you will be able to take advantage of the opportunities the market gives us.

Start by mastering these trading fundamentals:

— only use one trading method (this will keep you focused and cut down on the learning curve. I use the profile method)

— enter trades on pullbacks ONLY (there is very little that separates a momentum entry from getting a bad price)

— use all in – scale out for trade management (this will ensure you don’t add to losing trades and secure profit when trades are working)

By following these fundamentals, I have been able to cash in $15,000 to $20,000 a month for years.

And my clients are getting great results too.
